s active entrepreneurs overseeing the many details of both business and personal lives, our bodies often take a backseat to what may appear to be more pressing matters. When running out of fuel, our bodies give us warnings of hunger and thirst. If those warnings go unheeded weakness, fatigue and those nasty cold and flu viruses catch up with us
When attention is demanded elsewhere, pushing nutritional needs to the side often becomes an afterthought. Whatever else may be the focus, our primary job is to take care of ourselves so that we can continue toward the finish line at work... and recreation after hours.
